If Y is used, then the report will be sorted by account instead of by order number. 11/16/2007: Added Bill of Material Cost Export File. This program will create an Excel file with cost, wholesale, gross profit, projections and quantities from Cut & Sold. It also allows you to extend quantities by Raw Material Type and Raw Material Code. 11/13/2007: Added Sales Analysis by Style Export File. This program will create an Excel file with sales by style data. If you select an Invoice Date then the data will be analyzed by Invoice Date. If you select a Start Date then the data will be analyzed by Start Ship Date. If you select an End Date then data will be analyzed by End Ship Date. If you select an Order Date the data will be analyzed by Order Date. The Status selection needs to correspond to the date selection. For example: if you are running an analysis by Invoice Date, then you should select only status I (=invoiced). 10/25/2007: Added UPC Hang Tag for BJ's. The label name is BJ9446N1. 10/11/2007: Added Customer PO# and Bill of Lading # to EDI ASN Report. 10/11/2007: Changed name 'EDI ASN Listing' to 'EDI ASN Report'. 10/11/2007: Changed name 'EDI Invoice Listing' to 'EDI Invoice Report'. 08/16/2007: Added Order Type selection to the Open Order Summary by Style Report. 08/14/2007: Changed EDI Verify/Process, so that incoming EDI 850 Purchase Orders can be directed to different internal accounts depending on department number. The 850 can be defined under multiple Suffixes with different account numbers and the department in the MISC1 field. If the department in the 850 matches the MISC1 field, then the order will use the account number in this record. This feature can be used, if different departments ship to different locations. Multiple accounts for the same vendor with different ship to addresses can be set up. Some vendors require a dock number on their label which varies by department and this feature can be used for that as well. 07/20/2007: Changed option #16 in the Accounts Receivable History Report from 'Sort By Invoice Date (Y/N)' to 'Sort By Invoice Date/Paid Date/Invoice No (I/P/N)'. This option can be found in Pick Ticket Reports. 05/11/2007: Added UPC ticket format NORDSTI4. This is a 2.5Wx2.0L UPC sticker for Nordstrom. 05/03/2007: UCC-128 label formats in Vendor Profiles entered with a strore number override the UCC-128 label formats set up for the account. This means that if you have an account where a store gets a different UCC-128 label than the rest of the account, you can set up a Vendor Profile for that store. 04/26/2007: Added Work-In-Process Excel File to the Work-In-Process Reports. 04/12/2007: Changed the option 'Solid Style/Solid Size (Y/N)' in the print UCC-128 Shipping Labels to 'Solid Style+Size/Style (+/S/N):'. + means each carton can only contain one style and one size. S means each carton can only contain one style. This field is used to override the default length of 4. 03/01/2007: Added new UCC-128 label KG9446 for K&G Fashion Superstore. 02/22/2007: Added 'Delete Only UPC's Without a Valid Style Definition (Y/N):' option to the 'Universal Product Code Delete Discontinued' program. When selected the program will only delete UPC's that have a stop date and don't have a Style Definition. 02/15/2007: UCC-128 label print will use label name from Misc 3 field if SCAC code begins with 'UPS' or 'FDE'. Other SCAC codes will use label name from Misc 4. Therefore FedEx/UPS label names should be in Misc 3 and trucker label name in Misc 4. This allows you to print a report only for those styles whose WIP will not arrive before orders are due. 09/05/2006: Added Cash Discount % field to the EDI Vendor Profile. You can enter discounts for EDI Trading Partners in this field and avoid setting up negogiated prices for this EDI Trading Partner. When processing the incomng EDI the system will calculate the selling price as the selling price from the Style Definition less the discount defined here. The label name is 'SLDIS1' for single SKU per carton and 'SLDIM1' for multiple SKU's per carton. 08/09/2006: Qubic feet for JC Penney TMS file can now be calculated based on quantity per carton or based on style number. 08/09/2006: Added a new UPC Price Sticker with Mervyns logo for Paxar printers. The sticker measures 1.5x2 and the label name is 'STICKME1'. 08/01/2006: Changed naming convention of processed EDI files. Incoming EDI files that have been processed are named "I"+yymmdd+suffix letter+".EDI". The outgoing EDI files are named the same way, but they start with the letter "O". For example: "I060801A.EDI" is the first incoming EDI file for 8/1/06, "O060801A.EDI" is the first outgoing EDI file for 8/1/06. Incoming files that have not been processed yet are named "RCVFIL00" or "RCVFIL00.000". Outgoing files that have not been sent yet are named "SNDFIL*.DAT". See Useful Websites on our Home Page. 07/19/2006: Print warning on EDI Verify / Process Report if retail price on EDI order does not match suggested retail price in Style Definition. 07/18/2006: Added option to print 'Third Party Freight Charges Bill To' on VICS Bill of Lading. 06/13/2006: Added 'Exemption Amount' to the Sales Tax Definition. 05/30/2006: Added EDI Mapping 810,850,860 for Dunlap. 05/26/2006: Added new UCC-128 label for Von Maur. The label name is 'VONM46'. 05/18/2006: Added a PO# and DC# selection to Print Pick Slips by Selected Styles. This means that you can print Pick Tickets for an entire customer purchase order without entering an order number range. You can also choose to select only a certain DC for this PO. 05/14/2006: Added option to Sales Analysis Units Booked by Style/Account/Group Report to print and compare Style Projections that were entered in the Style Definition by year and month. Also added a Secondary Group selection option. 05/09/2006: Added option to print Salesman Commission on Style History Report. This is a great feature if you pay commission based on style. It is also a great report for calculating royalties. 04/10/2006: Added option to print '1-30 DAYS' and 'CURRENT', instead of 'CURRENT' and 'FUTURE' on the A/R Aging Schedule. This option must be activated by Scheme Software. 04/06/2006: Added 'Print Inventory Detail Y/N' option to Order by Customer Summary Report. This option prints Cut, Work-In-Process, In-Transit and Inventory. If the order is being shipped to multiple DC's, it prints the quantity per DC. If it is an EDI Order it also prints the Bill-of-Lading number and Advance Ship Notice information. This is a great feature for EDI tracking by Bill-of-Lading/DC. 02/27/2006: Added Start and End Date selections to the Pick Ticket Summary by Style report. 02/24/2006: Added a Style selection to the Copy Style Defintions program. 02/23/2006: Added a Print Summary Format option to the Vics Bill of Lading. The summary format is useful for accounts that assign a seprate po# to every store such as JC Penney. Instead of listing every po# on the bill of lading, it prints 'see attached supplement page' and the Trucker Manifest is used as a supplement. 02/23/2006: The Vics Bill of Lading can now be printed before printing the invoices. It can be printed as soon as the UCC-128 labels have been printed. 02/22/2006: In Print Shipping labels by Account and DC, you can now sort the UCC-128 labels by style. This means that if you have multiple styles on the pick ticket, but want to attach labels in style sequence, not in store sequence, you can do this now. You do not have to sort the labels 'manually'. 02/15/2006: There is a new option to Batch Ship an entire Bill of Lading at once. This means that you would print the UCC-128 labels. The Style Definitions should have weights in them and then you can batch ship the entire bl at once, without entering each order/pick#. 02/09/2006: Added Hold Code and Salesman selections to the Allocation Report for Automatic Allocation. Also added printing of total accounts receivable due for the account to the order header. 01/26/2006: Added a new program to automatically create the JC Penney TMS Routing Spreadsheet. This spreadsheet can be uploaded to JC Penney's website. There is an extra charge for this program. 01/24/2006: Added an option (#26) to print only accounts who have not ordered in a selected period to the Comparative Sales By Season Report. This is very useful for contacting customers who have not placed ordes in recent seasons. 01/18/2006: Added a sort by DC&Department option to the Trucker Manifest. This is very helpful for creating the Neiman Marcus Manifest. 01/11/2006: Print Invoices All Shipped Orders now has a bill of lading number selection. This means you can invoice an entire bill of lading at a time, without entering individual order numbers. 11/15/2005: Added Invoice Date and Paid date selections to the Accounts Receivable History Inquiry. 10/10/2005: Use 'alt/v' keys on any menu to view report files. There is no need anymore to use the Administration Menu. This feature is not available on numeric menus.
